COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 Entrants must provide the following details when entering the competition: name, age, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address and answer to the question.
2 Only one entry will be accepted per person. Entrants may enter each monthly competition once.
3 Competitions are open to both UK and Overseas residents excluding employees of Cushy Ltd or any other persons connected to the competition.
4 Entrants under the age of 14 must obtain parentel consent before entering. Entrants may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of all terms and conditions of the competition signed by their parent or guardian before receiving their prize.
5 The prizewinners will be selected by Cushy Ltd from the entries, and contacted by Cushy Ltd. Cushy Ltd's decision is final in every situation including the competitions and any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into. Only the winners of the competitions will be contacted personally by Cushy Ltd.
6 The name, county and country of winners will be published on the website and may appear in other promotional materials together with winning answers. Cushy Ltd may also publish the details of some of its favourite answers along with the entrants' names, county names and country names. Entrants confirm by entering the competition that all answers given are their own material and do not breach any other person's/entity's copyright or trademarks.
7 Cushy Ltd will not provide your personal details to anyone (apart from the deilvery companies delivering prizes to winners). We will only use your email address to keep you updated with competitions details, product updates and company news. You can opt out of these updates at any time by emailing info@cushybrands.com.
8 Winners will be notified by phone or email within 15 days of each competition closing date and should receive their prize within 4 weeks of the competition closing date. Each entry is valid for one competition date only.
9 In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within a period specified in relation to the specific competition, Cushy Ltd reserves the right to draw another winner.
10 Prizes are as stated and are non-transferable. There are no cash alternatives. If due to circumstances outside of Cushy Ltd's control, Cushy Ltd is unable to supply the stated prize, Cushy Ltd reserves the right to provide a substitute prize.
11 No responsibility will be accepted for lost entries, delayed or misdirected entries, or damaged or undelivered entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Cushy Ltd shall not be responsible for any reasons preventing entry to any of its competitions including but not limited to problems with any of Cushy's websites, telecommunications errors, internet errors or otherwise. Cushy Ltd shall not be liable for any damages in connection with the competition including any delay in sending prizes to winners.
12 Entrants must comply with all of the competition rules to be eligible to win the prizes. Cushy Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that Cushy Ltd belives an entrant has not adhered to all of the terms and conditions of entry.
13 Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to agree to be bound by them when entering a competition. These terms and conditions may be amended/expanded from time to time. Should this occur, the updated/additional terms and conditions would take priority.
14 Cushy Ltd reserves the right to cancel any/all competitions at any stage, if deemed necessary in the company's opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
15 This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
